The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region is proud to sponsor Do More 24, a 24-hour online giving event on Thursday, June 6.  For 40 years, The Community Foundation for the National Capital Region has brought together people and resources to tackle critical community issues. Today, economic security is only possible when our youth graduate high school ready for college and careers; adult workers can obtain the skills and credentials needed to thrive in the region’s economy; and residents feel secure with their basic human needs such as food and shelter.

The Community Foundation’s goal is to help all residents of the region achieve economic security – our Community Leadership Fund fosters economic security through investments in education, workforce development, and safety net initiatives.
